SAFEREOPEN 2021-2022

Families,

Welcome to the 21-22 school year!  First, let me assure you that as has been the case since March of 2020 when the pandemic began, your children’s safety is our top priority. As we prepare for the upcoming school year, we are applying all the latest research on Covid and the Delta variant specifically so that our schools are safe places for everyone to learn. Following a very successful school year 20-21 where we had zero cases of spread in any of our schools, we are confident that we can continue to simultaneously keep students safe and learning in person. We are so excited to welcome back 100% of our CFSD students to in person learning!

In the plan linked here you can read more about our plans and click through links to more information. One important reminder is:

  • Family and Student Orientation: On August 27th all CF Schools are having an orientation so you can meet your child’s teacher(s), get your child’s technology device and ask any questions you have about this school year.

Thank you to everyone who shared feedback through the surveys the District shared. Your input has helped us shape a plan that we believe will support all our students and families while always keeping health and safety as our top priority.

With great appreciation,

Dr. Stephanie Downey Toledo

Superintendent, Central Falls School District
