As we head into the second half of the school year, I would like to thank you all for an excellent start to the school year here at Robertson School! I am glad so many of you were able to attend our open house in September and we hope to see you at many more upcoming school events!

Just a few reminders about school procedures.

• School hours are 8:05-2:20 each day. Please make sure your child gets to school on time each day! When they arrive late they miss morning announcements, expectations for the day and routines that impact their learning.
• Breakfast is served from 7:45-8:00 each morning. Please do not drop your child off at school or have them arrive walking before 7:45. There is no supervision for your child earlier than 7:45 and the temperatures are beginning to drop as the cool weather moves in. Having your child arrive at 7:45 is for their safety as well as their comfort. If you are having difficulty with early morning childcare please contact Maryann Perez, our home school liaison, and she may be able to direct you to some options.
• Please make sure your child wears warm clothing as we try to go outside for recess as often as we can when the weather permits.
• Please try to schedule any appointments for your child after school so that your child dos not miss any valuable instructional time!
