The Central Falls Alumni Association is happy to announce that we have partnered with the school district to carry out a Back to School Campaign that aims to promote the importance of attendance, as well as the new uniform policy that will be
enforced starting the first day of school.
We would really like this campaign to be a collaborative, inclusive effort led by multiple stakeholders including city officials, school administrator and teachers, parents, current students, and CFHS graduates. In order to make this campaign a
successful one, we will need your help!
The plan is to do home visits on six evenings in August from 5:00pm – 7:00pm, August 4th , 6th, 12th, 13th, 19th, 20th, and 21st for approximately 20 minutes, walk them through the attendance policy, and share flyers with uniform information. Patricia Martinez will help us target home visits to incoming 1st chronically absent last year.
We have a great opportunity to reach out to the Central Falls community in a unique partnership. We hope you will join us!
