Advisory Council Information

LOCAL ADVISORY
The Local Advisory Council (LAC) provides vital information to parents of children with special needs in regards to individual education plan (IEP) as well as federal and state laws. It is a resource that helps parents and educators deliver the best and most appropriate services to the children in their care.

PARENT ADVISORY
The Parent Advisory Council (PAC) empowers parents to become advocates and leaders within their children’s schools. It helps build a partnership between our schools and our families.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE ADVISORY
The English Language Advisory Council (ELAC) assists parents in understanding the ELL programs that are available to their child as well as their rights. We know that although ELL students come from diverse backgrounds,
